Abyss of nothing

The abyss pulls her in,

mossy crevice, hollow

heart of stone, begin

to shiver as she sees

nothing, breathes

nothing. leaves

nothing

behind.

A darker poem, inspired by the Darklines twitter prompt. I’m finding that tweeting poems helps me write more throughout the day, so there’s going to be a lot of that going on these days.
