How to Never Break

Bent Bristle cone pine tree leans from the wind, Mt. Bross, Colorado.

To bend with the wind

Means agile humility

That knows its limit.

Inspired by Haiku Horizon’s week 133 prompt Bend  and one of my favorite quotes:

“Notice that the stiffest tree is most easily cracked, while the bamboo or willow survives by bending with the wind”

-Bruce Lee

Hope this haiku provoked some contemplation 🙂 Let me know what you think in the comments!
